Cardinals' Elijah Higgins: Makes most of only target

Higgins hauled in his only target for an 18-yard touchdown during Sunday's 41-10 victory versus the Rams.

Higgins served as the Cardinals' No. 2 TE behind Trey McBride in Week 1, but the former (55 percent) and rookie Tip Reiman (58 percent) had nearly equal snap shares Week 2. Through two games, Higgins at least has contributed as a pass catcher, including the second TD of his career Sunday, while Reiman has yet to see a target. With a team-leading 15 targets on the campaign, McBride is the team's clear-cut top option at the position, but Higgins so far has carved out a regular role in the offense.
