Buccaneers quarterback Baker Mayfield has been one of the Fantasy football sleepers so far this season, ranked as the QB3 in Fantasy points per game. He is second in passing touchdowns and third in passer rating among 35 qualifying quarterbacks. This week, Mayfield will face a New Orleans defense that has allowed the seventh-most passing yards per game this season, but the Saints have also given up the fewest passing touchdowns in the NFL. Where does Mayfield land in the Week 6 Fantasy football QB rankings? How should you approach Fantasy football injuries to players like James Cook (toe), Jaylen Warren (knee), and Zamir White (groin)?

While Mayfield is off to a strong start, Buccaneers running back Rachaad White is the RB38 in Fantasy points per game heading into the Week 6 NFL schedule. He has been conceding snaps to teammate Bucky Irving over the past two games, so is White a player to avoid with your Week 6 Fantasy football picks? Before setting your Fantasy football lineups, be sure to check out the Week 6 Fantasy football rankings from the proven computer model at SportsLine.

When it comes to ranking players, SportsLine's model beat human experts in Fantasy football for the past several seasons, especially when there were big differences in ranking. Over the course of a season, that could literally be the difference between winning your league or going home empty-handed.

The same model has a proven track record of providing Fantasy football tips, including being ahead of the curve on players like A.J. Brown, Jonathan Taylor, Derrick Henry, Christian McCaffrey, Alvin Kamara, and Jahmyr Gibbs. Anybody who banked on players like those made a run at their league title.

Top Week 6 Fantasy football QB rankings

Here's a look at SportsLine's top Week 6 Fantasy football QB picks:

1. Lamar Jackson, Baltimore Ravens: Jackson ranks first among Fantasy football quarterbacks entering Week 6 and he is coming off his best performance of the year last week against the Bengals. Jackson threw for 348 yards and four touchdowns while also adding 55 rushing yards for a week-winning performance.

2. Jalen Hurts, Philadelphia Eagles: Fresh off a bye week, Hurts and the Eagles draw a Browns defense that has failed to impress in 2024. After leading the NFL in total defense in 2023, the Browns rank 13th in yards allowed and are 23rd in the NFL in scoring defense. The Commanders put up 434 yards and 34 points against Cleveland last week.

3. Jordan Love Green Bay Packers: Love averaged 8.6 yards per pass attempt in a win over the Rams and now he'll take on a suspect Cardinals pass defense. Arizona allows 7.1 net adjusted yards per pass attempt, which ranks 28th in the NFL this season. See more top QBs here.

Top Week 6 Fantasy football RB rankings

Here's a look at SportsLine's top Week 6 Fantasy football RB picks:

1. Saquon Barkley, Philadelphia Eagles: The move from New York to Philadelphia has been extremely beneficial for Barkley, who has tallied at least 116 yards from scrimmage in his first four games with the Eagles. He should be in line for another high-volume performance against Cleveland on Sunday, especially since the Eagles are expected to control the tempo. The Browns have allowed six rushing touchdowns to opposing running backs, and Barkley is rested following a bye week.

2. Derrick Henry, Baltimore Ravens: Henry got off to a slow start to the season when he posted just 46 rushing yards in his Baltimore debut, but he has four straight top-10 Fantasy finishes since then. He has gone over 150 rushing yards twice during that stretch, and he has scored a touchdown in every game this season. Henry is facing a Washington defense that is allowing a league-worst 5.28 yards per carry to opposing running backs this year.

3. Jahmyr Gibbs, Detroit Lions: Gibbs has gone over 75 rushing yards in three straight games, and he is coming off a two-touchdown outing against Seattle on Monday night in Week 4. The 22-year-old has a team-high 285 rushing yards and three touchdowns while catching 11 passes for 76 yards and a score. Gibbs is heading into a matchup against a Dallas defense that ranks 31st in rushing DVOA and 32nd in defensive EPA against the run this season. See more top RBs here.

Top Week 6 Fantasy football WR rankings

Here's a look at SportsLine's top Week 6 Fantasy football WR picks:

1. CeeDee Lamb, Dallas Cowboys: After catching 135 passes for 1,749 yards and 12 touchdowns a season ago, Lamb's 2024 statline (25-378-2) might look a little pedestrian, but he's been consistently involved in the Dallas offense. He's been targeted at least seven times in every game and has had at least four catches for 61 yards in every contest as well. Now he takes on a Lions defense that ranks 27th against the pass.

2. Jayden Reed, Green Bay Packers: The 28 targets he's received over five games might be a little concerning, but remember that he had Malik Willis as his quarterback in two of those games. Jordan Love is back and he's healthy now and Reed has made the most of his limited opportunities, catching 21 passes for 414 yards and two scores while adding 110 yards and another touchdown on eight carries.

3. Ja'Marr Chase, Cincinnati Bengals: After catching 10 passes for 97 yards in his first two games this season, Chase has turned it on and he's been the catalyst for a Cincinnati offense averaging 35 points per game the last three weeks. He has 19 catches for 396 yards and five touchdowns during that span and had 10-193-2 last week against the Ravens. See more top WRs here.

Top Week 6 Fantasy football TE rankings

Here's a look at SportsLine's top Week 6 Fantasy football TE picks:

1. Brock Bowers, Las Vegas Raiders: Bowers was extremely effective in last week's loss against the Broncos, hauling in eight receptions on 12 targets for 97 yards and a touchdown. His 12 targets were a season-high for the rookie and he could take over as Las Vegas' top pass-catching option in the absence of wide receiver Davante Adams.

2. Dallas Goedert, Philadelphia Eagles: Goedert brought in seven of eight targets for 62 yards in the Eagles' 33-16 loss to the Buccaneers. Goedert has yet to score a touchdown this season, but he's hauled in seven or more receptions in two consecutive games.

3. Jake Ferguson, Dallas Cowboys: Ferguson is one of the most consistent receiving threats for Dak Prescott. He has seen at least seven targets in every game but one, and he's playing in what is projected to be one of the highest-scoring games on the Week 6 slate. Ferguson is averaging more than 13 PPR points per game in his last three outings despite the fact that he still hasn't scored a touchdown. See more top TEs here.

Top Week 6 Fantasy football defense rankings

Here's a look at SportsLine's top three Week 6 Fantasy football D/ST picks:

1. Texans D/ST: Houston only ranks 17th in the NFL in points allowed but ranks fourth in yards allowed. Now the Texans draw a juicy matchup against the Patriots, who are averaging only 12.4 points per game in Jerod Mayo's first season at the helm.

2. Bills D/ST: Buffalo's defense looked dominant in the first three weeks but struggled in losses to the Ravens and Texans. However, this could be a chance for a get-right game against a jet-lagged squad that played in London last week. The Jets rank 25th in the NFL in scoring.

3. Colts D/ST: The Colts have struggled on this side of the ball all season but the Titans are the most turnover-prone team in the NFL. Tennessee has nine giveaways in four games this season and Will Levis has already thrown two pick-sixes this year. See more top D/ST here
