Jets coach Robert Saleh said Friday that Carter (ankle) will practice in full to end the week and will suit up for Sunday's road matchup against the Titans, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.
Carter dealt with an ankle injury during training camp, and during Monday night's loss to the 49ers he was forced out due to what seemed to be the same issue, but Saleh said every player on the Jets' injury report is slated to practice in full Friday and play Sunday. It sounds like Carter is expected to handle his usual assortment of defensive snaps as New York's top slot cornerback versus Tennessee.
