Suns' Jalen Green: Impresses in season debut
Green (hamstring) closed with 29 points (10-20 FG, 6-13 3Pt, 3-5 FT), three rebounds, three assists and two steals in 23 minutes during Thursday's 115-102 victory over the Clippers.
Green was on a minutes restriction for his season debut after missing Phoenix's first eight games due to a right hamstring strain, but that didn't prevent him from making his mark as a scorer. He was particularly impressive from beyond the arc, as he become the first player in franchise history to sink six triples in his Suns debut. Green also chipped in on the opposite end of the court, where he was one of three starters to collect two or more swipes.

Suns' Jalen Green: Ready for 2025-26 debut
Green (hamstring) will play in Thursday's game against the Clippers, Kellan Olson of ArizonaSports.com reports.
Green is ready to make his first appearance of the season after putting a right hamstring injury behind him. He'll presumably enter the starting lineup for Thursday's clash, which would bump Grayson Allen to the bench. Olson notes that Green will have a "target number" of minutes in his first matchup of the season, so fantasy managers should temper expectations, at least for his first game or two.

Suns' Jalen Green: Probable for Thursday
Green (hamstring) is probable to play Thursday against the Clippers.
It looks like Green will be making his Phoenix debut Thursday evening, which will likely result in either Ryan Dunn or Royce O'Neale heading to the second unit. We'd anticipate some minutes restrictions for Green in his first game back from the hamstring injury, but even on a 20-minute limit, he's worth deploying in most fantasy leagues.

Suns' Jalen Green: Aggravates hamstring injury
Green aggravated his hamstring injury during the Suns' trip to China and he will be re-evaluated in 10 days, Kellan Olson of ArizonaSports.com reports.
This rules Green out for Opening Night, and while he'll be re-evaluated on October 24, that doesn't mean he'll be ready to play by then. Hamstring injuries can be tricky, and given that he's now experienced one setback, the Phoenix medical staff will likely be ultra-cautious in bringing him back. The injury news should bump Green down a few rounds on your draft board. Green played in 186 regular-season games in a row before this absence.
