  • Celtics' Payton Pritchard: Productive despite shooting woes

Pritchard ended with five points (2-9 FG, 1-8 3Pt), 10 rebounds, eight assists and two steals in 36 minutes off the bench during Monday's 103-85 victory over the Heat.

With Jrue Holiday (shoulder) and Jaylen Brown (knee) both unavailable, the Celtics deployed a tight rotation that featured Pritchard as the clear sixth man. While the fifth-year guard had trouble getting his shot off, he did pull down double-digit boards for only the second time this season while posting his best distribution numbers since he dished nine dimes against the Warriors on Jan. 20. Pritchard has played 27-plus minutes in seven of his last eight appearances, averaging 11.8 points, 5.3 rebounds, 4.4 assists, 2.9 threes and 1.3 steals over that stretch while shooting 53.8 percent from the floor and 47.9 percent from beyond the arc.

  • Celtics' Al Horford: Double-double in Monday's win

Horford accumulated 16 points (6-11 FG, 4-8 3Pt), 10 rebounds and two blocks in 33 minutes during Monday's 103-85 victory over the Heat.

The double-double was the third of the season for the 38-year-old big, who was making his third straight start as Boston deploys a longer lineup while Jrue Holiday (shoulder) is sidelined. Horford has actually played more than 20 minutes in four straight games, collecting two of his double-doubles and averaging 9.3 points, 8.2 boards, 2.3 threes, 1.0 assists and 1.0 blocks over that span.

  • Celtics' Sam Hauser: Drops 15 in spot start

Hauser ended with 15 points (5-8 FG, 5-8 3Pt), four rebounds and two assists over 24 minutes during Monday's 103-85 victory over Miami.

getting the start in place of Jaylen Brown (knee), Hauser posted his best scoring effort since Jan. 22, which was the last time he found himself on the first unit. The fourth-year forward also tied his season high in three-pointers. He's delivered double-digit points in only two of his last eight appearances, averaging 7.8 points, 2.8 boards, 2.5 threes and 0.8 assists in 17.6 minutes a contest over that stretch, but if Brown misses any additional time, Hauser would have some appeal as a bargain DFS option.

  • Celtics' Jayson Tatum: Strikes for 33 in Miami

Tatum finished with 33 points (13-26 FG, 4-12 3Pt, 3-3 FT), eight rebounds, two assists and one block in 38 minutes during Monday's 103-85 victory over the Heat.

The All-Star forward led the Celtics in scoring as a part of a dominant performance by the team's starting five, which provided all but nine of Boston's points while helping to hold Miami to 33.7 percent shooting on the night. Tatum has topped 30 points in three of five February games, averaging 29.4 points, 5.8 boards, 5.6 assists and 4.4 threes to begin the month.

  • Celtics' Sam Hauser: Starting sans Brown

Hauser will start in Monday's matchup against the Heat, Sean Grande of NBC Sports Boston reports.

The sharpshooter will receive the starting nod with Jaylen Brown (knee) and Jrue Holiday (shoulder) both on the shelf. Hauser has started in seven outings thus far, during which he has averaged 10.9 points, 3.0 three-pointers, 2.9 rebounds, 1.3 assists and 1.0 steals in 25.4 minutes per game.

  • Celtics' Luke Kornet: Coming off bench Monday

Kornet is not in the Celtics' starting lineup against the Heat on Monday, Sean Grande of NBC Sports Boston reports.

Kornet was a late insert into the Celtics' starting lineup against the Knicks on Saturday, and he finished that contest with 14 points, 12 rebounds, three blocks, one assist and one steal over 29 minutes in a 131-104 win. He will retreat to the bench Monday due to the return of Kristaps Porzingis (illness), though Kornet should see some playing time in double-big lineups alongside Porzingis and Al Horford against the Miami duo of Bam Adebayo and Kel'el Ware.

  • Celtics' Jaylen Brown: Ruled out Monday

Brown (knee) is out for Monday's game against the Heat, Jay King of The Athletic reports.

After missing Monday's morning shootaround, Brown will sit out against Miami for the first time since Jan. 3 due to right knee swelling. His next chance to return to the lineup comes Wednesday against the Spurs. Sam Hauser appears to be the most likely choice to replace Brown in the starting lineup, but Payton Pritchard is also primed for a more pronounced role in the second unit.

  • Celtics' Jayson Tatum: Will play Monday

Tatum (knee) is available for Monday's game against the Heat, Jay King of The Athletic reports.

Tatum was absent from Monday's shootaround, but the star forward will give it a go in this one and should handle a huge workload on offense with Jaylen Brown (knee) sidelined. Tatum is averaging 28.5 points, 5.3 rebounds, 6.5 assists and a combined 1.8 steals-plus-blocks in four outings this month.

  • Celtics' Jaylen Brown: Not present at shootaround

Brown (knee) was absent from Monday's morning shootaround, Bobby Manning of CLNS Media reports.

Jayson Tatum (knee) was also absent from shootaround, though both players are still listed as questionable to face the Heat. If Brown and Tatum are held out, there could be a lot of opportunity for guys like Sam Hauser and Payton Pritchard.

  • Celtics' Jayson Tatum: Absent from shootaround

Tatum (knee) was not present at Monday's morning shootaround, Bobby Manning of CLNS Media reports.

Tatum and Jaylen Brown (knee) are both listed as questionable for Monday's game against the Heat, but neither player took the floor for shootaround which is a worrying sign for fantasy managers. With just two games left before the All-Star break, the Celtics could be entertaining a maintenance day for them.

Holiday (shoulder) has been ruled out for Monday's game against Miami, Taylor Snow of the Celtics' official site reports.

Al Horford will likely get the starting nod due to Holiday being sidelined, and Payton Pritchard could also see a bump in playing time off the bench.

  • Celtics' Torrey Craig: Remains out

Craig (ankle) has been ruled out for Monday's game against the Heat, Taylor Snow of the Celtics' official site reports.

Tatum is questionable for Monday's game against the Heat due to right patella tendinopathy, Taylor Snow of the Celtics' official site reports.

After dropping 40 points in Saturday's win over the Knicks, Tatum finds himself on the injury report. Jaylen Brown (knee) is also questionable, while Jrue Holiday (shoulder) has already been ruled out. However, Boston will have Kristaps Porzingis (illness) back in action after a one-game absence.

  • Celtics' Jaylen Brown: Questionable for Monday

Brown (knee) is questionable for Monday's game against Miami, Taylor Snow of the Celtics' official site reports.

Brown is in danger of missing his first contest since Jan. 3 due to swelling in his right knee. If the star swingman is ruled out, Sam Hauser could see an increased role. Over his last five outings, Brown has averaged 20.4 points, 6.6 rebounds and 4.6 assists across 34.0 minutes per game.

  • Celtics' Kristaps Porzingis: Not listed on injury report

Porzingis (illness) is not listed on Boston's injury report for Monday's game against Miami, Taylor Snow of the Celtics' official site reports.

Porzingis was a late scratch ahead of Saturday's win over the Knicks due to an illness but will return to action Monday. Jrue Holiday (shoulder) remains out, while Jayson Tatum (knee) and Jaylen Brown (knee) are questionable, so Porzingis may see extra usage Monday. Over his last eight games, Porzingis has averaged 20.1 points, 6.8 rebounds, 3.0 assists, 2.1 blocks and 1.0 steals in 29.4 minutes per game.
