  • Thunder's Kenrich Williams: Plays just 10 minutes

Williams posted zero points (0-3 FG, 0-2 3Pt), one rebound and one assist across 10 minutes during Tuesday's 118-102 victory over the 76ers.

With Alex Caruso back in the rotation after a lengthy absence, minutes will be hard to come by for Williams. He's been pretty quiet in his limited minutes in January as well, as he's shooting 36.4 percent from the field over his last seven appearances.

  • Thunder's Cason Wallace: Plays well in win

Wallace accumulated 18 points (7-10 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 2-2 FT), five rebounds, four assists and one steal across 34 minutes during Tuesday's 118-102 victory over Philadelphia.

Though the Thunder returned another wing player in Alex Caruso (hip) and cruised to an easy win, Wallace still saw ample playing time. He's now cleared 30 minutes in nine of his last 10 appearances, and after turning in a season-high scoring total Tuesday, he's now averaging 9.2 points (on 50 percent shooting from the field), 3.0 assists, 2.5 rebounds, 2.0 steals and 1.2 three-pointers per contest. Even before the surge in playing time, Wallace already profiled as a strong streaming option for steals, but the extra minutes are beginning to make him a more viable longer-term roster option in 12-team category leagues.

  • Thunder's Alex Caruso: Makes defensive impact in return

Caruso (hip) tallied three points (1-4 FG, 1-3 3Pt), two steals, one rebound, one assist and one block across 18 minutes Tuesday in the Thunder's 118-102 win over the 76ers.

Defense is Caruso's calling card, and the 30-year-old turned in an active effort on that end of the court in his return from a 10-game absence due to a left hip strain. In 21 appearances this season, Caruso has recorded a steal in all but two of those contests and remains an elite streaming option for that category, even though his playing time will often hover between 15 and 25 minutes. While he's never been a high-usage player, Caruso has at least been a capable three-point shooter in the past with a 37.3 percent conversion rate for his career, but he's struggled to find his touch in his first season in Oklahoma City. He's thus far knocked down just 26.5 percent of his 3.2 attempts per contest from downtown.

  • Thunder's Isaiah Hartenstein: Nears double-double in win

Hartenstein logged nine points (4-7 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 1-2 FT), 16 rebounds, three assists, one block and one steal over 31 minutes during Tuesday's 118-102 win over the 76ers.

Hartenstein posted a game-high mark in rebounds and has now reached double-digit boards in 14 of his 24 regular-season appearances. The big man has contributed a double-double in four of the Thunder's last 10 outings, and he has recorded eight-plus rebounds in each of the club's last 18 outings. Hartenstein is also averaging career highs in several categories, including points (11.8), rebounds (12.2), assists (4.1), blocks (1.3) and minutes (29.8).

  • Thunder's Jalen Williams: Stuffs stat sheet in win

Williams finished Tuesday's 118-102 victory over Philadelphia with 24 points (8-15 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 6-6 FT), six assists, four rebounds, three steals and one block over 34 minutes.

Williams recorded his 23rd outing with 20-plus points, and he has been a fairly consistent scorer while reaching double figures in each of his 39 regular-season appearances. The 23-year-old also posted a team-high mark in steals, and he has racked up multiple steals in 22 games thus far. The third-year pro is on pace to average career highs in points (20.6), rebounds (5.7), assists (5.2), steals (1.8), blocks (0.7) and minutes (32.4).

  • Thunder's Shai Gilgeous-Alexander: Shines in victory Tuesday

Gilgeous-Alexander supplied 32 points (12-15 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 7-8 FT), nine assists, three rebounds, two steals and one block over 33 minutes during Tuesday's 118-102 victory over the 76ers.

Gilgeous-Alexander recorded his 23rd outing with 30-plus points, and he has now logged 35 consecutive contests with 20 or more points over 39 regular-season appearances. Moreover, the MVP candidate posted game highs in both points and assists in Tuesday's victory. The 26-year-old's contributions were not limited to the offensive end of the court, as he racked up three or more steals-plus-blocks for the 23rd time this season.

  • Thunder's Alex Caruso: Off injury report for Tuesday

Caruso (hip) is not listed on the injury report for Tuesday's game against Philadelphia, Rylan Stiles of FanSided.com reports.

Caruso is expected to snap a 10-game absence streak against the 76ers due to a left hip strain. There's no indication that the 30-year-old guard will be restricted beyond his normal playing time, and over his last five outings, he has averaged 4.6 points, 3.2 assists, 2.8 rebounds and 2.0 steals in 20.0 minutes per contest.

  • Thunder's Cason Wallace: Plays well with 14 points

Wallace ended Sunday's 136-95 victory over the Wizards with 14 points (6-7 FG, 2-3 3Pt), two rebounds, five assists and two steals in 30 minutes.

Wallace continues to trend in the right direction for the Thunder with Alex Caruso (hip) on the shelf. Through the opening six games of January, Wallace has averages of 10.3 points, 2.5 assists, 2.5 rebounds, 1.7 steals and 1.5 three-pointers while hitting 55.6 percent from the field.

  • Thunder's Jaylin Williams: Nearly double-doubles

Williams closed Sunday's 136-95 victory over the Wizards with nine points (4-7 FG, 1-4 3Pt), nine rebounds, four assists, two blocks and one steal across 24 minutes.

The Thunder ran away with this game in a hurry, allowing Williams to feast in garbage time. Therefore, fantasy managers shouldn't put too much stock into this outlier. For the season, Williams holds averages of 4.5 points, 4.3 rebounds and 0.5 blocks in 13.3 minutes across 11 appearances.

  • Thunder's Aaron Wiggins: Drops season-high 23 in win

Wiggins closed with 23 points (7-12 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 7-8 FT), nine rebounds, four assists, one block and one steal across 30 minutes off the bench during Sunday's 136-95 victory over the Wizards.

The fourth-year forward led the Thunder's second unit with season-best performances in both points and boards. Wiggins has had a hot start to January, and over the last six games, he's averaging 14.2 points, 4.3 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 1.8 threes while shooting a blistering 68.8 percent from the floor and 52.4 percent (11-for-21) from beyond the arc.

  • Thunder's Isaiah Hartenstein: Double-double in Sunday's win

Hartenstein produced 10 points (4-7 FG, 2-2 FT), 12 rebounds and two assists over 22 minutes during Sunday's 136-95 victory over the Wizards.

The double-double was Hartenstein's 15th of the season, which is already a new career high. The 26-year-old center has been a somewhat inconsistent offensive contributor in January, scoring in single digits in three of the last six games, but he hasn't pulled down fewer than eight boards since Dec. 3 -- a stretch of 17 straight contests in which he's averaging 11.4 points, 11.9 rebounds, 4.2 assists, 1.2 blocks and 0.9 steals while shooting 55.5 percent from the floor.

  • Thunder's Shai Gilgeous-Alexander: Drops game-high 27 in Sunday's win

Gilgeous-Alexander notched a game-high 27 points (5-17 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 16-17 FT), seven rebounds, four assists and two steals across 30 minutes during Sunday's 136-95 victory over the Wizards.

The MVP candidate compensated for his worst shooting performance of the season with his best night of the year at the charity stripe. Gilgeous-Alexander has scored 20-plus points in an eye-popping 34 straight games, but his contributions aren't limited to the offensive end of the court. The 26-year-old guard has nabbed at least one steal in 15 straight contests, averaging 33.7 points, 5.9 boards, 5.2 assists, 2.4 steals, 2.2 threes and 1.3 blocks over that stretch while shooting 54.2 percent from the floor and 40.7 percent from long range.

  • Thunder's Nikola Topic: Resumes on-court work

Topic (knee) was spotted taking part in light shooting drills on the court prior to the Thunder's 105-92 win over the Celtics last Sunday, Clemente Almanza of USA Today reports.

Almanza notes that the 19-year-old hadn't been involved in warmups in any of the Thunder's first 34 games of the season, so Topic seemingly took the first notable step forward in his recovery from the partially torn ACL he suffered last May. With the expectation that the knee surgery would keep him sidelined for the entire 2024-25 season, Topic's stock in the 2024 NBA Draft plummeted before the Thunder nabbed him with the No. 12 overall pick. Topic remains on track to miss the entire season, but assuming he avoids further setbacks with his knee while ramping up over the next few months, he could be ready to play in the Las Vegas Summer League. The 6-foot-6 guard offers intriguing playmaking upside and could end up being one of the better long-term assets in his draft class, despite effectively taking a redshirt this season.

  • Thunder's Alex Caruso: Ruled out for Sunday

Caruso (hip) will not play Sunday against the Wizards.

Caruso will be sidelined for a 10th straight game and remains without a timetable for a return. His next chance to play will be Tuesday against the 76ers. Cason Wallace could offer a bit more upside in the meantime.

  • Thunder's Chet Holmgren: Beginning to ramp up

Holmgren (hip) joined the Thunder for their four-game road trip that began Wednesday and is beginning to increase his physical activity, Joel Lorenzi of The Oklahoman reports.

Prior to Wednesday's 129-122 loss to the Cavaliers, Holmgren was seen going through some movement drills on the court during the Thunder's shootaround that day. The activity came just over a week after Holmgren was cleared to ditch the crutches he had been using to get around since suffering a right iliac wing fracture Nov. 10. Now two months removed from the injury, Holmgren is within the 8-to-10-week period the Thunder had previously cited as the point that the team would provide an update on his return-to-play protocol. Oklahoma City is thus expected to update Holmgren's status soon, though since he's not yet practicing, he's probably at least a couple weeks away from being ready for game action.
