Taylor Gabriel: Retires after seven seasons
Gabriel announced his retirement via Twitter on Saturday.
Thus concludes Gabriel's seven-year career, one that stretched across three different teams. The 30-year-old posted three different seasons with 500-plus receiving yards, including a 2016 season that saw Gabriel make the Super Bowl with the Falcons. The 2014 undrafted free agent did not play last year, opting out of the season amid concerns regarding COVID-19.

Taylor Gabriel: Doesn't plan to play this season
Gabriel doesn't plan to play this season, USA Today's Brendan Sugrue reports.
The wideout, who was released by the Bears in February, remains a free agent, but Gabriel -- who said he's had offers -- recently tweeted that he's elected to not play this season, citing COVID-19 concerns and his wish to remain with his family.
