  • Jets' Tyler Conklin: Sleeper TEs

Conklin is worth using as a low-end starter in Week 5 in a revenge game against the Vikings in London. He has 14 targets in his past two games against the Patriots and Broncos, and he has nine catches for 110 yards over that span. He should continue to be a factor for Aaron Rodgers this week, and Conklin has a favorable matchup in Week 5 at Minnesota. The Vikings have allowed two tight ends in the past three games to score at least 17.3 PPR points, and hopefully Conklin can find the end zone for the first time this year.

  • Jets' Tyler Conklin: Week 5 Waiver Priority List

Conklin has 14 targets in his past two games against the Patriots and Broncos, and he has nine catches for 110 yards over that span. He should continue to be a factor for Aaron Rodgers moving forward, and Conklin has a favorable matchup in Week 5 at Minnesota. I like Conklin as a low-end starter in PPR, and he's worth adding for up to 5 percent of your remaining FAB.

  • Jets' Tyler Conklin: Four catches in Week 4 loss

Conklin caught four of eight targets for 17 yards in Sunday's 10-9 loss to the Broncos. After leading the Jets with 93 receiving yards in a 24-3 win against the Patriots the week before, Conklin crashed back down to earth despite tying Garrett Wilson and Allen Lazard for the team lead in targets against the Broncos. Conklin didn't catch either of his two first-half targets and had a 12-yard catch in the third quarter nullified by a penalty, but he chipped in a few short catches after that point to at least salvage a passable PPR performance. Conklin and the Jets will try to bounce back against the Vikings in a Week 5 trip to London.

  • Jets' Tyler Conklin: Sleeper TEs

Conklin had a breakout game in Week 3 against New England with five catches for 93 yards on six targets, and he could build off that performance in Week 4 against the Broncos. Garrett Wilson will likely struggle in a tough matchup against Patrick Surtain, and Aaron Rodgers could once again lean on Conklin. He's worth using as a low-end starter in all leagues.

  • Jets' Tyler Conklin: Breakout effort in Week 3 win

Conklin brought in five of six targets for 93 yards in the Jets' 24-3 win over the Patriots on Thursday night. Conklin was the surprise co-leader in receptions on the night for the Jets while also setting the pace in receiving yards by a very wide margin. Conklin recorded multiple chunk gains, including his game-long 22-yard grab in the second quarter that got the ball down to the Patriots' six-yard line. There had been preseason talk of Conklin being a potential beneficiary of Rodgers being under center, but Thursday night was the first time that came to fruition after the veteran tight end generated just a 2-16-0 line through the first two games. Conklin will look to carry over the momentum into a Week 4 home matchup against the Broncos on Sunday, Sept. 29.

  • Jets' Tyler Conklin: Another one-catch game

Conklin caught one of two targets for 10 yards in Sunday's 24-17 win over the Titans. Conklin saw one fewer target than backup tight end Jeremy Ruckert, though the latter finished without a catch. Conklin was also on the field for 32 more offensive snaps than Ruckert. With just one catch in each of the Jets' first two games, Conklin looks like he'll be playing a smaller role in the passing game with Aaron Rodgers under center after racking up 87 targets in each of his first two seasons with the team. Conklin's involvement as a receiver will likely remain limited in Thursday's game against the Patriots.

  • Jets' Tyler Conklin: Just one catch on MNF

Conklin caught one of two targets for six yards in Monday's 32-19 loss to the 49ers. Conklin came up empty on his lone target from Aaron Rodgers, but he caught a pass from backup Tyrod Taylor on the Jets' final possession after Rodgers went to the bench with the game out of reach. No other Jets tight end drew a target, so at least Conklin's safely atop the depth chart, but his lack of targets from Rodgers was disappointing considering Conklin had at least three catches in all but four games last season. Conklin will look to bounce back Week 2 against the Titans.

  • Jets' Tyler Conklin: Week 1 Waiver Priority List

I'm curious to see how Conklin does with a healthy Aaron Rodgers, and Conklin has earned exactly 87 targets for three years in a row. It wouldn't be a surprise if Conklin is second on the Jets in targets behind Garrett Wilson, and Conklin could be a low-end starter in PPR this year.

  • Jets' Tyler Conklin: Yet to suit up in preseason

Conklin didn't play in Saturday's 15-12 preseason win over the Panthers. Conklin has been rested thus far in the preseason along with the Jets' other starting skill players on offense. The Jets haven't gotten much production from the tight end position in Conklin's absence during the exhibition slate, so the 29-year-old tight end seems safely locked into the top spot on the depth chart heading into the 2024 regular season, which will commence after the Jets round out their preseason Saturday, Aug. 24 against the Giants.

  • Jets' Tyler Conklin: Three straight years of 87 targets

Conklin caught two of three targets for 16 yards in Sunday's 17-3 win over the Patriots. He finishes the season with 61 catches on 87 targets for 621 yards. Conklin finished with exactly 87 targets for the third consecutive season, and he caught exactly 61 of those passes for the second time in that stretch. After scoring three touchdowns in each of those previous two seasons, Conklin failed to find the end zone in 2023. He'll likely reprise his role atop the tight end depth chart in the final year of his contract with the Jets next season.

  • Jets' Tyler Conklin: Solid production in loss

Conklin secured all five targets for 46 yards in the Jets' 37-20 loss to the Browns on Thursday night. Conklin's catch total tied him for second on the night for the Jets, and the veteran tight end checked in as the runner-up in receiving yards as well. Conklin is heading into the regular-season finale against the Patriots on Jan. 7 on a solid run of production, as he's posted at least four catches in four consecutive games while drawing no fewer than five targets since Week 11.

  • Jets' Tyler Conklin: Four grabs in Week 16 win

Conklin caught four of seven targets for 36 yards in Sunday's 30-28 win over the Commanders. The veteran tight end finished third on the Jets in catches, targets and receiving yards, but his production and usage paled in comparison to Breece Hall (12-96-0 on 16 targets) and Garrett Wilson (9-76-0 on 15 targets.) Conklin has found a steady role in the offense no matter who's been under center for New York, hauling in three or four passes in five straight games on between five and nine targets. However, he's still looking for his first touchdown of 2023 heading into a Week 17 clash with the Browns.

  • Jets' Tyler Conklin: Seven targets in shutout loss

Conklin caught four of seven targets for 18 yards in Sunday's 30-0 loss to the Dolphins. Conklin led the team in targets and receiving yards, but nobody on the Jets reached 30 receiving yards as neither Zach Wilson (head) nor Trevor Siemian led any scoring drives. Conklin has caught at least four passes in eight of 14 games, but the veteran tight end has yet to record a touchdown this season. Siemian hasn't thrown a touchdown on 39 pass attempts in 2023, so Conklin's unlikely to snap the touchdown drought in Week 16 against the Commanders, especially if Wilson's unable to play after leaving the loss to Miami in the first half.

  • Jets' Tyler Conklin: TEs to Sit

Conklin faced the Dolphins in Week 12 and had four catches for 33 yards on five targets. He's still looking for his first touchdown this season, and this is a tough matchup against the Dolphins. Only one tight end has scored against Miami since Week 2, and no tight end has topped 50 receiving yards against the Dolphins since Week 7, including matchups with Travis Kelce, Conklin and Logan Thomas.

  • Jets' Tyler Conklin: Week 15 Streamers (TE Preview)

Conklin has 15 targets in his last two games and I expect this to be a high-volume pass game against the Dolphins. He's not a top-12 tight end this week but he's the best option other than Likely who is available in more than a third of leagues.

  • Jets' Tyler Conklin: Week 15 Waiver Priority List

Conklin should continue to get targets from Zach Wilson in Week 15 at Miami, and Conklin has 15 targets in his past two games against Atlanta and Houston. It's not an easy matchup since the Dolphins haven't allowed a tight end to score since Week 7, including matchups with Travis Kelce and Conklin, who was held to four catches for 33 yards on five targets in Week 12. Conklin also hasn't scored a touchdown this year, but he's not a bad flier in deep, PPR leagues given his expected workload.

  • Jets' Tyler Conklin: Tops 50 yards in Week 14 win

Conklin caught four of six targets for 57 yards in Sunday's 30-6 win over the Texans. Conklin filled his customary role as the distant third option in New York's passing game behind Garrett Wilson and Breece Hall, who combined for 17 catches, 194 yards and a touchdown on 23 targets. While Conklin has reached 50 receiving yards in six games this season, he has yet to surpass 70 yards in a game or score a touchdown heading into a Week 15 road game against the Dolphins.
