Foelsch has been let go from the Eagles' practice squad for the second time in September, this time to make room for safety Caden Sterns. Should he clear waivers, Foelsch will look to catch on with a team in need of tight end depth, likely on the practice squad.

The Eagles signed Foelsch to the practice squad Thursday, Dave Zangaro of NBC Sports Philadelphia reports.
Foelsch was cut from the practice squad Sept. 3, but he is now back with the team after safety Caden Sterns was let go. Foelsch will give the Eagles depth at tight end should either Dallas Goedert or Grant Calcaterra be sidelined.

Foelsch is set to be waived by the Eagles on Monday, Andrew DiCecco reports.
Foelsch joined Philly after he was waived by the Jets on Aug. 2. An undrafted free agent out of New Haven, he also spent time with the Panthers earlier in the spring. The 23-year-old will likely end up working to earn a practice squad spot once 53-man rosters are set.
