Chargers' Tarheeb Still: Inactive for Week 10
Still (knee) is inactive for Sunday's game against Pittsburgh.
Still will miss a second straight game due to a sprained MCL in his knee that he picked up in Week 8 against the Vikings, and his next opportunity to play is Week 11 against the Jaguars on Sunday, Nov. 16. Nikko Reed could see more rotational snaps in the secondary behind Derwin James, Cam Hart and Donte Jackson due to Still's absence.

Chargers' Tarheeb Still: Unlikely to play Week 10
Still (knee) is listed as doubtful for Sunday's game against the Steelers, Eric Smith of the Chargers' official site reports.
Still is recovering from a sprained MCL that he sustained in Week 8 against the Vikings. He was unable to practice all week to draw the doubtful tag, and the 2024 fifth-rounder is trending toward missing a second straight game. Nikko Reed is poised to see more snaps at slot corner assuming Still is ruled out for Week 10.

Chargers' Tarheeb Still: Unable to practice Wednesday
Still (knee) did not participate at practice Wednesday.
Still was sidelined for Sunday's game at Tennessee with a knee injury he suffered in Week 8 versus the Vikings, and now his availability for Week 10 is in question. He'll likely have to get back to practice Thursday or Friday to have any shot at playing Sunday versus the Steelers.

Chargers' Tarheeb Still: Out for Week 9
Still (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Titans.
Still logged a trio of DNPs this week at practice and is dealing with a multi-week MCL injury. Ja'Sir Taylor and Benjamin St-Juste will be in line for increased defensive action behind Cam Hart and Donte Jackson at cornerback.

Chargers' Tarheeb Still: Will miss time due to knee injury
Still is expected to miss two to four weeks due to an MCL sprain that he sustained during the Chargers' Week 8 win over the Vikings on Thursday, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.
Still sustained the injury in the second half of Thursday's game and finished with three tackles (two solo) and one pass defense. The Chargers have three more games until their bye in Week 12, so it's possible that the second-year corner is held out until Week 13 against the Raiders on Sunday, Nov. 30. Ja'Sir Taylor should see an increased workload on defense as the Chargers' slot cornerback for as long as Still is sideliend.

Chargers' Tarheeb Still: Questionable to return
Still (knee) is questionable to return to Thursday night's contest against the Vikings.
Still suffered a knee injury in the second half of the contest, making it unlikely that he'll be able to return. In his absence, Ja'Sir Taylor is a top candidate to see an increase in workload at cornerback.

Chargers' Tarheeb Still: Cleared to play
Still (ankle) doesn't carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Commanders.
Still was limited earlier in the practice week but is good to go as an every-down cornerback for the Chargers. He's seen almost equal action outside and in the slot for Los Angeles and has produced 18 tackles (14 solo) and two pass breakups across four contests.

Chargers' Tarheeb Still: Limited by ankle issue
Still (ankle) was limited in Wednesday's practice.
Still dealt with a calf issue earlier in the season, so the ankle injury is a new one. The 23-year-old cornerback has appeared in all four games to this point and played 100 percent of the defensive snaps in last Sunday's loss to the Giants. He's recorded 18 tackles (14 solo) and two pass breakups this season.

Chargers' Tarheeb Still: Set to play Monday
Still (calf) was a full participant at Friday's practice and is on track to play Monday versus the Raiders.
Still was limited during Thursday's practice but is back to full speed. The 2024 fifth-round pick played nearly every defensive snap in the Week 1 win over the Chiefs, when he recorded three solo tackles. Still can cover the slot and the outside and will be a key part in this divisional matchup versus TE Brock Bowers (knee) and WR Jakobi Meyers.

Still logged 98 percent of the defensive snaps in last Friday's Week 1 win over the Chiefs, recording three tackles. Still split time between outside corner and in the slot against Kansas City, and if he's able to play Monday night against Las Vegas, he will likely see plenty of Jakobi Meyers.

Chargers' Tarheeb Still: Plays nearly every snap Week 1
Still finished Friday's 27-21 win over the Chiefs with three solo tackles.
The 2024 fifth-rounder saw his role steadily increase during his rookie season and ended up starting in 12 of the 14 regular-season games in which he played. That trend continued in Friday's regular-season opener, with Still playing 60 of 61 defensive snaps while also playing five snaps on special teams. Still will be a key piece for the Chargers' secondary alongside fellow defensive backs Cam Hart, Alohi Gilman, Derwin James and Donte Jackson. Next up for the Chargers is an AFC West clash against the Raiders on Monday, Sept. 15 in Las Vegas.
