  • Seahawks' Ernest Jones: Hits 100 tackles again

Jones recorded 138 tackles (77 solo) and two pass breakups across 16 games between the Seahawks and Titans in 2024.

Jones recorded 44 tackles through six games with the Titans before being traded to Seattle, where he registered 94 stops to total 138 tackles, 13th in the league. The 2021 third-round pick will be an unrestricted free agent this offseason, and with the Seahawks having limited depth at the position, he's a good candidate to re-sign with the team.

  • Seahawks' Jason Myers: Makes 26 field goals in 2024

Myers connected on 26 of 30 field-goal attempts (86.7 percent) and 37 of 40 extra-point tries through 17 games during the 2024 season.

Myers' field-goal percentage ranked 12th in the league among kickers that played at least 10 games. The 33-year-old kicker also connected on nine of 12 field-goal tries from beyond 50 yards. Myers has two years remaining on his contract and should be secure as the Seahawks' starter in 2025.

  • Seahawks' Jake Bobo: Scores in finale

Bobo caught his lone target for a four-yard touchdown in Sunday's 30-25 win over the Rams. He finished the 2024 season with 13 catches (17 targets) for 107 yards and a touchdown.

Bobo finally found the end zone in the final week of the season. The second-year receiver averaged 17.7 offensive snaps per game as the Seahawks' No. 4 wideout. He could compete for a promotion behind DK Metcalf and Jaxon Smith-Njigba next season if Tyler Lockett moves on, but the Seahawks would likely bring in significant competition rather than let Bobo walk into that role.

  • Seahawks' Sam Howell: Plays 25 snaps in 2024

Howell completed five of 14 passes for 24 yards and an interception and rushed once for two yards across three games during the 2024 season.

Howell played just 25 snaps this season, 24 of which were in relief of an injured Geno Smith in Week 15 against the Packers. Howell's numbers are unappealing, but he should still be considered a formidable backup moving forward, as he posted 3,946 passing yards, 21 touchdowns and 21 interceptions in 2023 for the Commanders. Smith and Howell both have one year remaining on their respective contracts, so as long as Smith isn't cut as a cap casualty, Howell's two years removed from being able to compete for a starting job.

  • Seahawks' Tyler Lockett: Targeted four times in Week 18

Lockett caught two of four targets for 28 yards in Sunday's 30-25 win over the Rams.

The veteran wideout finished the 2024 campaign with 49 catches for 600 yards two touchdowns, his lowest totals in each category since 2017. The emergence of second-year wideout Jaxon Smith-Njiba resulted in Lockett moving into a tertiary role in the passing game, with Smith-Njiba and DK Metcalf being the clear top targets for quarterback Geno Smith. Lockett will enter the final year of his contract in 2025, and with both Smith-Njigba and Metcalf on the books as well, Lockett is unlikely to see his role grow next season.

  • Seahawks' Kenny McIntosh: Modest production in win

McIntosh rushed seven times for 49 yards and failed to secure his lone target in Sunday's 30-25 win over the Rams.

McIntosh played just 13 of the Seahawks' 55 offensive snaps in the contest, operating in a supporting role behind fellow running back Zach Charbonnet (42 snaps). With Kenneth Walker (ankle) on injured reserve for the past two contests, the 24-year-old McIntosh handled seven carries in both games, unable to get much going with his opportunities. The Georgia product finished the season with 31 rushes for 172 yards and three receptions for 22 yards. McIntosh will enter the third year of his four-year rookie contract in 2025, though he'll continue to be buried on the depth chart behind Walker and Charbonnet next season.

  • Seahawks' Jarran Reed: Solid production in 2024

Reed finished the 2024 season with 45 total tackles (21 solo), including 4.5 sacks, while also adding two passes defensed and a forced fumble over 17 games.

Reed was able to maintain a high level of play in 2024, reaching at least 43 tackles for the fourth straight year. The 32-year-old is an unrestricted free agent heading into the offseason, and he'll likely have plenty of interested suitors ahead of 2025.

  • Seahawks' Rayshawn Jenkins: Smaller role following IR stint

Jenkins finished the 2024 regular season with 53 tackles (34 solo), including 2.0 sacks, and a fumble return touchdown across 13 games.

Jenkins signed with the Seahawks in March of 2024 on a two-year, $12 million contract after spending the three previous seasons with the Jaguars. He started at safety alongside Julian Love and played every single defensive snap in the first six games of the regular season. Jenkins registered 38 tackles (26 solo) over that span, and his best play of the year came in Week 5 against the Giants, when he recovered fumble and returned it 102 yards for a touchdown. Jenkins was forced to go on injured reserve in mid-October after undergoing surgery on his hand, and when he returned in late November, he permanently lost his starting role at safety to Coby Bryant. Jenkins and Bryant are set to compete for the second starting safety spot alongside Love for the 2025 campaign when training camp begins in July.

  • Seahawks' Boye Mafe: Productive campaign in 2024

Mafe finished the 2024 season with 40 total tackles (25 solo), including 6.0 sacks, while adding three passes defensed and a fumble recovery across 15 games.

Mafe rebounded well after a knee injury early in the season, securing at least 6.0 sacks for the second straight year. The linebacker has become a consistent force on Seattle's defense over his three-year NFL career and will be entering the final year of his rookie contract in 2025.

  • Seahawks' Derick Hall: Eight sacks in 2024

Hall finished the 2024 season with 37 total tackles (20 solo), including 8.0 sacks, while also adding two forced fumbles and a fumble recovery over 17 games.

Hall was a force to be reckoned with in 2024, recording 8.0 sacks after failing to get to the quarterback during his rookie campaign in 2023. Additionally, he was able to notch a scoop and score on a fumble recovery in Week 7 versus the Falcons, returning the loose ball for a 64-yard touchdown. The linebacker appears to be an ascending star for Seattle and will look to build off of his impressive sophomore campaign in the NFL in 2025.
