Trouba has picked up two points over 12 contests in March. The 31-year-old defenseman has largely filled a shutdown role with limited scoring potential, instead serving as more of a mentor for a talented crop of young blueliners on the Ducks' roster. For the season, Trouba has 14 points, 100 shots on net, 152 hits, 189 blocked shots and a minus-7 rating across 69 appearances between the Ducks and the Rangers.

Ducks' Olen Zellweger: Ends dry spell with helper
Zellweger notched an assist and four shots on goal in Sunday's 5-2 loss to the Hurricanes.
Zellweger was a healthy scratch for five straight games prior to the trade deadline. The Ducks then dealt away Brian Dumoulin and brought in Oliver Kylington, allowing Zellweger to move into a full-time role to close out 2024-25. It hasn't been a smooth move so far -- his helper Sunday ended an eight-game skid for Zellweger, who has seen top-four minutes in that span. He's now at 15 points, 104 shots on net, 61 blocked shots and a minus-1 rating over 52 appearances. The 21-year-old still has plenty to learn, but he some of the highest upside on a fairly young blue line, so fantasy managers in dynasty formats should stay patient.

Ducks' Jackson LaCombe: Notches assist Sunday
LaCombe logged an assist, two hits and a minus-2 rating in Sunday's 5-2 loss to the Hurricanes.
LaCombe is up to two goals and six helpers over 12 contests in March. The 24-year-old defenseman had some struggles against a strong Hurricanes team, but he's generally been good in all zones this season, which has turned into a breakout campaign. LaCombe has 37 points, 118 shots on net, 107 blocked shots, 58 hits and a plus-3 rating over 63 appearances in a top-four role.

Killorn netted his sixth goal over 12 contests in March. It's his most goals in a month this season, and he's one point shy of matching his most productive month overall (November). Killorn is up to 17 goals, 117 shots on net, 69 hits and a plus-4 rating across 70 appearances this season. His recent pace is unsustainable in the long run, but if he can keep it up over the final few weeks, he'll return to the 20-goal mark for the fourth time in his career.

Ducks' Lukas Dostal: Game slips away in third period

Dostal took a third loss in a row (0-2-1), and he's allowed 13 goals on 81 shots in that span. He kept the game scoreless in the first period, but the Hurricanes tagged him for two goals apiece in each of the last two frames. The 24-year-old still looked pretty sharp despite the defeat, which dropped him to 20-19-6 on the year. He's added a 2.99 GAA and a .907 save percentage over a career-high 45 appearances. John Gibson is healthy again after a lower-body injury that kept him out for much of March, so Dostal will likely be sharing the crease moving forward.
