Stars' Mikko Rantanen: Sends assist Wednesday
Rantanen logged an assist in Wednesday's 4-3 win over the Oilers.
Rantanen hasn't gotten in on the fun as much as linemates Jason Robertson and Roope Hintz lately. Over the last seven contests, Rantanen has been limited to three assists, though he's likely just still in his adjustment phase with his third team of the season. The star winger is at 76 points, 194 shots on net, 42 hits, 41 blocked shots and a plus-9 rating over 71 appearances between the Stars, Hurricanes and Avalanche this season.

Stars' Thomas Harley: Reaches 100-point mark in career
Harley logged two assists, including one on the power play, three shots on goal and a plus-2 rating in Wednesday's 4-3 win over the Oilers.
Harley had a hand in Wyatt Johnston's opening goal and Jason Robertson's power-play tally, which completed a natural hat trick. The second assist was Harley's 100th NHL point, a mark he achieved in just 188 contests, which is quick work for a blueliner. He's collected three goals and five assists over his last five outings and now has 47 points (14 on the power play), 153 shots on net, 95 blocked shots and a plus-29 rating over 69 contests. His scoring numbers -- 15 goals, 32 assists -- are identical to his 79-game output from the 2023-24 regular season, showing a bit of growth in the 23-year-old's second full campaign.

Stars' Roope Hintz: Distributes three more assists
Hintz logged three assists, including one on the power play, and added two hits and two PIM in Wednesday's 4-3 win over the Oilers.
Hintz has eight assists over six contests since returning from a facial injury. The 28-year-old center had a hand in all three of Jason Robertson's second-period tallies as the talented winger put together a natural hat trick. Hintz has multiple points in seven of his last 11 games, earning two goals and 19 assists in that span. The center isn't a pure playmaker despite his recent work -- he's at 60 points (25 goals, 35 assists) with 137 shots on net and a plus-16 rating over 65 appearances.

Stars' Jason Robertson: Natural hat trick in win
Robertson recorded a natural hat trick, five shots on goal and two PIM in Wednesday's 4-3 win over the Oilers.
Robertson's natural hat trick came in a span of 10:29 during the second period. He had gone four games without a goal entering Wednesday, but that was his longest scoring slump since December. The winger is up to 32 goals, 71 points, 193 shots on net, 51 hits, 39 blocked shots and a plus-8 rating over 71 appearances. This is the third time he's crossed the 30-goal mark, and his surge over the second half of the campaign has him on track to surpass his 80-point regular season from 2023-24.

Stars' Jake Oettinger: Holds on for win
Oettinger stopped 41 of 44 shots in Wednesday's 4-3 win over the Oilers.
Oettinger won his fourth straight start, but it came with some late drama. He fended off the Oilers' early push, but they were able to score three times in a span of 9:05 in the third period to make it close. During his winning streak, Oettinger has allowed a total of eight goals on 125 shots. He's up to 34-15-3 with a 2.50 GAA and a .909 save percentage across 52 appearances this season. The Stars will likely give the net to Casey DeSmith for Thursday's game versus the Flames, but Oettinger should get his next start in Seattle on Saturday.

Stars' Roope Hintz: Dishes pair of helpers Monday
Hintz logged two assists, two hits and two PIM in Monday's 3-0 win over the Wild.
Hintz's goal scoring has faded a bit, but this was his seventh game with multiple helpers over his last 12 outings. The 28-year-old is up to 57 points, 137 shots on net and a plus-15 rating over 64 appearances. Even with some time missed in 2024-25, he should be able to exceed the 60-point mark for the fourth year in a row.

Stars' Matt Duchene: Lights lamp in win
Duchene scored a goal in Monday's 3-0 win over the Wild.
Duchene's 27th goal of the campaign gave the Stars a 2-0 lead just 58 seconds after Wyatt Johnston's opener. Duchene has been outstanding in recent weeks, and while this goal snapped a three-game goalless drought, it also extended his point streak to five contests. Furthermore, Duchene has cracked the scoresheet in all but two of his appearances this month, tallying three goals and eight assists in 11 March contests.

This was Johnston's 26th goal of the campaign, and 10 of those have come with the man advantage. Johnston is ending the regular season on a strong note and has racked up 11 points across his last 11 appearances, with eight goals and three helpers over that span.

Oettinger got back on track with this dazzling performance after posting a 2-2-1 record, a 3.59 GAA and a .865 save percentage over his previous five starts. Martino signed a two-year, entry-level contract with the Stars on Monday.
Martino was selected by the Stars with the 73rd overall pick in the 2021 NHL Entry Draft, and he's spent the last four seasons at Clarkson University. However, he'll join Dallas on an entry-level deal and will report to AHL Texas for the remainder of this season. He was better than a point-per-game player in his collegiate career (145 points in 144 appearances), but it remains to be seen how his scoring touch will translate to the professional ranks.
